We stand behind what we make.

Unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be in their original condition and packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used skincare unless an item arrives faulty or damaged.

If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it promptly.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed faulty.
