Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through the Surfocco online store. Surfocco ships all orders from Australia using Australia Post.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During promotional periods or high-volume times, processing may take up to 3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery timeframes outlined below apply after dispatch.

Customers may choose between:
Domestic (Australia)
Standard Shipping — 2–6 business days
Express Shipping — 1–3 business days
International (United States & other regions)
Standard Shipping — 6–12 business days
Express Shipping — 3–6 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to purchase. International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs charges determined by local authorities, which are outside of Surfocco’s control. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any such charges.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery estimates apply after dispatch and are provided as a guide only. Timeframes are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, peak periods, incorrect address details, or other factors outside of Surfocco’s reasonable control.
Risk of Loss
Ownership of products transfers to you once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. Where delivery instructions are provided, including authority to leave, you acknowledge that parcels may be left unattended and Surfocco is not responsible for loss or theft after delivery has been completed in accordance with those instructions.
Tracking
Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring your shipping details are correct at checkout and that your parcel is being delivered to a secure location. We may not be able to update delivery details once an order has been dispatched. Surfocco is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. Personal details provided for shipping, including your name, address, and contact information, are used solely for order fulfilment and will only be shared with relevant shipping providers such as Australia Post.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact Australia Post directly using the tracking number provided to lodge an enquiry or claim. Due to carrier confidentiality, Surfocco is unable to open or manage investigations on your behalf. You may also contact hello@surfocco.com if you require assistance locating your tracking details.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
